The team are very pleased to bring to the border and Riverina region the extensive real estate services of Ray White Rural.

After boarding school in Perth, Graham joined the Army and had a career as an Officer in the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Ray White Caloundra has expanded its real-estate footprint in Queensland by opening its fourth branch, Ray White Caloundra South, which will be run by highly successful property manager Paul Cole.
With the Stockland development of ‘Bells Reach’ expected to deliver twenty thousand new homes to the local market, this new office will quickly become an important local business that will help instill confidence and provide growth to the Gateway to Caloundra South.
Ray White Caloundra Principal, Andrew Garland said the addition of this new branch was an easy decision as Mr Cole brings a demonstrated passion for the Caloundra South area and the professional experience that’s synonymous with his other three offices.
“We’re a local business with deep community roots. Paul and his family are active in a variety of community endeavors and his former property management firm worked successfully with government and private business across the state. I’m very proud to have him as part of the Ray White Caloundra team,” Mr Garland said.
One of the biggest challenges for Mr Cole and his new branch will be supporting the increased demand and returning confidence buyers have for the Caloundra South area.
“Property investors are showing lots of interest in certain areas of Caloundra South. This is a great area for smaller properties with higher than average rental returns,” Mr Cole said.
The area’s proximity to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital has been a significant factor in the positive outlook for the area and one of the key reasons rental returns have averaged 6 to 7 per cent over the past year.
“This new hospital is the first new hospital built in Queensland in 30 years and its only just one of the major developments happening in the Caloundra. The new Stockland development in Bells Reach is not just building twenty thousand homes - there’s 10 new educational facilities planned and one of the largest shopping precincts will be built to support this community,” Mr Cole said.
The new office will be located at Shop 5 Bellvista Market Place, 2 Rawson Street, Caloundra West.
